Floor cassettes sure do speed up on site construction, it also reduces the loose material on site. When you have a small site with no storage this is definitely the way to go.
It takes quite some time to design but what you loose in the office you gain on site. All these floors were laid in less than a day. With over 55 cassettes average per floor, ranging from 5m to 9m. All joists are Open web 254mm.
It is important to load and deliver in a sequence that they are going to be erected. Also remember to start the layout with a shy detail been laid first.
When the panels are with a similar edge detail make sure that the cassettes are marked so that they do not be laid back to front.
