Specialising in full timber frame design and steel structures BMK Design Services was founded by Billy Michael Kehoe in early 2016 to achieve one mission, to bring all aspects of building design under one roof. Billy brings with him over 20 years of experience within the building design industry. From the early days working solely on timber frame residential & commercial buildings in Ireland and the UK to deisging steel structures in the middle east, USA and Europe.

Utilising the knowledge gained over the last 20 years BMK Design Services offers a wide range of design solutions including architectural design, timber frame design, structural steel design, floor/roof cassette design, 3D visualisations & renders.

Using specialist desing software including the industry standard AutoCad architectural, no project is too small or too large, from extensions - one off designed houses through to social housing, multi-storey flats and commercial buildings; BMK have the expertise to take your vision and make it a reality.

With each project we create a IFC models to just drop into the exact loaction of your project within your Architects software, this speeds up the prelimary drawing approval process. We also save the models into Navisworks and do clash detections with all the other trades.
